The Happy Hound Hikers is indepentently owned and operated by me, Victoria Greene.  As a young child I was fascinated with and had a love for all animals.  I knew that I wanted to spend my days working with animals in some way.  During my teen years, my first job was as a kennel assistant in a local pet boarding facility.  Throughout college and several years thereafter, I volunteered at a wildlife educational facility.  It was during this time that I became a veterinary technician.  I loved my job and met and cared for some amazing animals over the years.  After getting married and becoming a mother, I decided I would like to work in a profession that would afford me more time to spend with my son.  This is when The Happy Hound Hikers was conceived.  

As a dog walker and pet sitter I am able to spend my days enjoying the company of my son and our many furry friends that we are blessed to take care of.
